To say we're 'born to brew' may seem like a bold statement, but after dedicating over 150 years to the art of brewing, we believe it's true. Coopers is a brewing family. Its in our blood. For six generations we've been custodians of a proud legacy that began in 1862 when Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of ale.
Today, our unique brand of naturally conditioned ales and stouts are enjoyed around the world and we're still making these beers using the same traditional brewing methods that Thomas did. Visit

  • Harcourt Valley Brewing Co

After working in the vineyards over summer, the lads at Harcourt Valley Vineyards often enjoy a beer to finish off a hard days work. This lead to development of a fuller flavoured beer, which is not over the top but very enjoyable to say the least. The name ‘Sightings’ is derived from the numerous big cat sightings that occur and said to roam the area. One theory on how they came to be here is that American Soldiers had panthers as mascots during WW2. After a documented sighting of a ‘big cat’ on the property in 2008, we decided that producing an American Pale Ale would be quite fitting. Visit

  • Hawkers

Did you know? Hawkers Beer was founded back in 2014 and launched in February 2015, but the brewery's real roots actually extend much earlier. Mazen Hajjar, their founder, started the Middle East’s first craft brewery back in July 2006 during the war between Israel and Hizbollah. • Mountain Culture - NSW

Built in 1912 in the beautiful Blue Mountains town of Katoomba, our building housed 'The Echo', the local paper for many a year. Later it allegedly passed time as a "dancing saloon and home for lost or belated drunks", until finally ending up as a Civic Video store. In 2017 DJ and Harriet McCready embarked on transforming the dilapidated building into the first brewpub in the Blue Mountains.

After 18 long months of careful renovation, we opened the doors with the goal of welcoming people from near and far to come in and have a beer. But not just any beer.

Rather, we hold ourselves accountable to a standard that means constantly pushing the limit and pushing ourselves to figure out how we can brew better beer, every batch. Because let’s face it, life is short. We have no time for beers that don’t blow our hair back, and nor should you. Visit.

  • Prancing Pony (SA)

After long careers in the corporate world, both Frank and Corinna grew tired of working on projects for others. They wanted to create something tangible, something cheerful and pleasant, something with flavour. Naturally, crafting beer came out on top of the ‘potential business ventures’ list. Long ago, Frank and Corinna first met in a pub. Over a beer, they talked all things motorcycles while enjoying Blues music.

One day in 2011, Corinna said to Frank ‘Open a brewery’, to which Frank replied, ‘You’re nuts, it’s three times the work and less than half the pay’. But Frank contemplated the idea and reminded himself of his own motto: ‘If you want to do something, don’t talk about it… just do it’.

So eventually Frank relented, and the pair banded together with a couple of close friends, and together they opened Prancing Pony Brewery (for real) in 2012.

Today, the brewery continues to operate independently with 100% Australian ownership. Visit.

  • Shedshaker Brewing

Opened in April 2016 at the Mill complex in Castlemaine, central Victoria, Shedshaker Brewing began life as Castlemaine Brewing Company. After a brief staring competition with Lion Nathan, brewers of Castlemaine XXXX – and owners of the word ‘Castlemaine’ apparently, despite leaving town in 1874 – we changed our name.

But not our people, our methods or our commitment to making tasty beverages. Visit.

  • Stomping Ground

To put it simply, we’re a neighbourhood brewery bringing people together over a great beer. A century ago Collingwood was the epicentre of Australian brewing and in 2016, we set out to bring independent brewing back to its original stomping ground.

We believe that beer should be for all walks and brew an award winning range to suit all tastes, from laid-back drinkers to the adventurous.

Founded in 2016 by Steve Jeffares, Guy Greenstone and Justin Joiner, after establishing the craft beer temples The Local Taphouse in St Kilda and Darlinghurst, the iconic GABS Festival and the GABS Hottest 100, Stomping Ground has grown into Australia’s Champion Large Independent Brewery with three beer halls and a crew of 100+. • Taltarni Vineyards

The first wine from Taltarni Vineyards was released in 1977; immediate success followed with the wine collecting gold at the Royal Melbourne Show – an early acknowledgment of the potential of the vineyard. In 1979, Taltarni’s Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded the Los Angeles Times International Best Red Wine, ahead of world greats.

At 37° latitude, the Pyrenees is in a perfect climatic band for the production of high-quality grapes. The rich soils of red clay, quartz and sandy loam create ideal growing conditions and the cool nights and warm days allow for slow ripening. Taltarni Vineyard and Winery was founded on the principles of individuality, independence and expression, which still guide us today. Combining old-world traditions with innovative new-world techniques, Taltarni produces a diverse range of high-calibre still red and white wines, and méthode-traditionnelle crafted sparklings.

Remaining steadfast in our commitment to crafting refined wines of elegance and balance, Taltarni’s portfolio continues to be a reflective expression of the varietal and terroir from which our wines are born. Visit.

  • The Gospel Whiskey

    Whiskey based cocktails?

It is widely believed that whiskey was first distilled for medicinal use by monks and apothecaries in Scotland and Ireland. The distillation of whiskey evolved as it moved from monastic to secular, as it did with the path of migration over hundreds of years. Early Scotch-Irish settlers in the USA used rye to make whiskey because barley didn’t adapt to the North American climate. These conditions are also true for the dry climate of Australia, where we set out to reimagine this original American spirit using 100% Australian rye. Visit.

  • Tin Shed Cider

Tin Shed Cider was born of the idea to use the beautiful produce from an old apple orchard in Tolmie, Victoria.

This has evolved into the production of traditionally crafted cider made from pure fresh apple juice with no added preservatives.

The old orchard is being renovated, following organic principles, using no herbicides and only natural fertilisers. A selection of true cider apple trees is also being planted to expand the variety of apples (and ciders) available. Our cider is a blend of apple juices; fermented, matured and bottled on site.

This wickedly enjoyable cider is only available at the Cellar Door and selected Markets! And at Ballarat Beer Festival!!! Visit.
