Ballarat Beer Festival Degustation Dinner
February 17, 2023 brings a big change to an always sold out dinner, held the night before the festival. Now at The Mercure Hotel, we pair our love of beer with our love of fine foods, each course matched to two beers (wine also available). Hosted by the Beer Diva along with the Festival’s Director, Ric Dexter, the night is often hilarious, rarely serious and filled with fantastic food and beers.

Variety – the Children’s Charity supports kids who are living with disability, disadvantage or illness. Our work allows kids to gain mobility, to get out and about in the community, to communicate, achieve independence and increase their self-esteem. We make sure the kids who miss out, can always join in.
There will be a raffle fundraiser on the night - some great prizes to be won!
